STABILITY TEST & PAO

Study of the behavior of the product exposed to stress or after its opening (PAO). Depending on the nature of the product to be monitored, the design of the protocol provides for the monitoring of the most significant chemical-physical, microbiological, and sensory indicators. For example, this includes:

Sensory characteristics: appearance, color, smell
Chemical-physical indicators: pH, viscosity, density
Microbiological picture: aerobic mesophilic bacteria, fungi and pathogens, challenge test
