The EU has authorised genetically modified soybean MON 94313 for food, feed and other uses, excluding cultivation, for a period of 10 years.
The European Commission has adopted Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/2117, authorising the placing on the European Union market of products containing, consisting of, or produced from the genetically modified soybean MON 94313, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 on genetically modified food and feed.
The European Union has authorised, for a period of 10 years, the placing on the market of food, feed, and other products derived from the genetically modified soybean MON 94313, intended exclusively for uses other than cultivation.
Authorised genetically modified organism (GMO)
The identification of the MON-94313-8 event is performed using quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR).
