RESTRICTED SUBSTANCES ANNEX III – REGULATION (EC) No 1223/2009

Certain ingredients used in cosmetics, such as fragrances, preservatives, hair products and fingernail coatings can act as allergens, substances that trigger an allergic reaction.
The presence of these substances must be indicated in the list of ingredients when their concentration exceeds: 0,001 % in leave-on products and 0,01 % in rinse-off products.
